Dillon is gelato's answer to a stylish coffee experience – made with the same care and aesthetics, but in an ice-cold form.
If you associate ice cream with a quick snack or something frivolous, let Dillon change your mind. Here, they experiment with flavours and textures in small batches, so that each scoop is intense, creamy and visually appealing.
The menu is well thought out and varied: classics such as pistachio, hazelnut and ricotta honey are elegantly balanced with more challenging flavour creations – perhaps coffee with cardamom, strawberry-chilli chocolate or their signature ‘golden stracciatella’ with turmeric. Because production takes place in small batches, many varieties sell out early in the day.

The atmosphere is informal and intimate: you can come early – Dillon opens at 9 a.m. – and have ice cream for breakfast, perhaps with toast, olive oil and blackberry jam. An unconventional twist that underlines the ice cream bar's creative ambitions.
