During the courses, participants have the opportunity to dive into the world of chocolate and work with techniques that have been refined over generations at I.M. Frellsen. Under expert guidance, they explore everything from tempering and moulding to fillings, decoration and finishing touches. The courses range from filled chocolates to the iconic Danish flødeboller, and each participant leaves with new knowledge and a box of their own handmade creations.

In the factory shop, visitors can also purchase a carefully selected range of Frellsen’s classic chocolate products – all at attractive prices, making it easy to take a little extra indulgence home after the course.
