The ice cream is milk‑based, light, creamy and full of flavour. The selection changes throughout the year depending on seasonal ingredients, but you will always find popular classics such as chocolate, nougat, amarena cherry, pistachio and coconut in the display. In addition, fresh, dairy‑free and vegan sorbets are made using berries and fruit picked from Amager Fælled and the surrounding allotment gardens.

Ismageriet has shops in the Meatpacking District, Amager, Søborg and Damhustorvet, as well as a summer pop‑up on Refshaleøen. Among their most sought‑after flavours are Nutella Biscuit, Marzipan Pistachio and Dubai Chocolate.

At least once a week they launch a brand‑new flavour, which is announced on their Instagram.
