Frederiksberg Swimming Pool & Spa

Frederiksberg swimming bath is one of Denmark's oldest swimming baths. It has both swimming pools and a large wellness area with a spa and sauna.

Frederiksberg swimming bath is 2385 square meters, and in 2001, the swimming bath had a major renovation where the spa, the hot water pool in the great hall, and a 900 m2 fitness center were built.

Sauna and steam bath

On the ground floor, the luxury department is situated where there is the only accessible for people over 15 years. Here, you can relax and enjoy the peace in the steam bath, several types of saunas, or in the Jacuzzi.

The spa is known especially for its skills in "saunagus". A price-winning experience, where mineral oils and fragrances are used to create a unique sauna experience. 

Adjacent to the spa is a large saltwater pool where the special "floating" meditation type can be experienced through booking. Moreover, there is a spa and massage and wellness showers.
